By this I mean perform one set of the exercise with one hand positioned 6&amp;quot; to 12&amp;quot; in front of the other. This asymmetric hand position changes the exercise significantly and poses some interesting new challenges.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It also presents the potential for a number of variations of where to pull the knees (to the middle, the near elbow or the far elbow) This again changes the exercise and adds a significant challenge.&lt;/p&gt;
