TRX / Sandbag Fusion

A lot has been made recently of the power of training with oddly weighted implements and among these, sand bag training has received quite a bit of attention. We've decided to give you an example of how you might combine TRX Suspension Training with sandbag exercises

to develop peak conditioning and also how to use the sandbag to increase the load of some of your favourite TRX exercises. Check out the video for 4 minutes of suffering and a great metabolic workout!

Awesome. The akwardness of the sandbag's shape probably add a lot more to the work out than the weight.

Life is great,

Another idea, use the TRX and the sand bag. Two of my favorite training items.

I am on it tomorrow morning.

Thanks for another great idea.

Hey Fraser,

We have found the TRX to be a great compliment to our program. Here is a circuit we do with our sandbags and TRX

Fras,

You put your body through such punishment for us and I appreciate that.  I think a greater form of appreciation would be to become your demo guy.  One, so You don't have to expeirence all the fun alone.  And Two, so you can speak with unwinded breath.
