On the 11th Day of Christmas, TRX gave to me...

...the TRX Rotating Suspended Pushup

 So the first question you should be asking yourself is "Why would I rotate?"

As we rotate our torso toward one side, it increases the loading to the pectorals at the opposite shoulder and also increases the intensity of the movement. On top of this, the loading is enhanced not just in the pectorals but also causes an activation down into the core and hip making the movment more integrated and functional.
