Some photos came in a while ago from one of our men in uniform training on the TRX that I've been looking forward to sharing with you. I've been calling it Fitness Anywhere... REALLY!
All you need is:
- Your TRX
- A conex container
- Some sand bags
- Various and sundry bars and plate weight
- Scrap carpeting
- A wire cage enclosure complete with razor wire...

- A bit of motivation and a willingness to suffer

- Oh yeah... and one of these things!
