Then, you have the range of motion to optimize the exercises listed.

on the Golf DVD I´ve found a very effectiv exercise to stretch the m. soleus. (I think it is called calf stretch). Since I do it after my running workouts, the pain in my achilles tendon decreases constantly. Only after six reps my butt reached the ankle and during running the tension in my calfs is less then ever before.

Thanks very much for all your tips

Thank you!

I must add one of my favorite driving tempo songs: Indestructible by Disturbed. I think it is just all around hard to beat!

My second favorite is “What I’ve Done” – very good for imagry while working out. Here are a few of my favorites:

1.	Kill Bill by Hotei Tomoasu

I love the “I’m about to kick your ass” (or in this case, “I’m about to kick my own ass”) intensity of this song. The buildup in the beginning is familiar and powerful.

2.	Whirl-y-Reel 2 by Afrocelt

This song was described as sounding “like a party at some global crossroads” and I think that pretty much sums it up. It took me a few listens to warm up to it, but now it really helps me dig deep. My favorite part is the percussion and heavy synthesized beats in the middle.

3.	Crawling by Linkin Park

As a log roller, I can never go wrong with lyrics like, “Keep rollin’, rollin’, rollin’, rollin” but I don’t see why that cannot motivate others as well. I also love how these bad ass lyrics remind you to “Breathe in now breathe out.” It’s a bummer when my class participants forget to breathe, they can always use a reminder.

But WARNING- the F-bomb is dropped a few too many times to make this one “health club” class appropriate. I forgot to take it off my playlist for one of my 6am TRX boot camps and I had some less than thrilled participants. Well, at least the old boring people…

4.	Everybody by the Backstreet Boys

Hey, at least I limited my BSB and Britney obsession to only one song on this list. “Everybody” is a classic and the build up and explosion in the middle is GREAT for intervals. Plus it brings back childhood (okay, okay, AND CURRENT) memories of my BSB hysteria.
