TRX Training in Afghanistan

I recently received photos from one of our US soldiers in Afghanistan.

"I've been taking the TRX with me lately when I go work with my Afghan National Army Military Police counterparts. It took them a little while to get the hang of it, but once they did I couldn't get them to stop! The older guy in one of the photos insisted on doing the chest press in full battle rattle, but then couldn't push himself back up. Apparently he found it's harder than it looks!"

The exercises definitely can be harder than they look, but with a quick adjustment of angle they are all doable.
