The Philadelphia Phillies won the World Series last night and Jamie Moyer, one of the oldest players in baseball at the age of 45, played a major role in their success this year. He led his team in wins this season, his 22nd in Major Leagues. He credits his year-round workout regimen that includes TRX Suspension Training as a key reason for his incredible durability.
“As one of the oldest players in Major League Baseball I find the TRX to be a good addition to my workouts. It helps with my strength and flexibility. It's a workout I can do with my teenage boys and we can see each other getting better each time. I will definitely use the TRX as part of my conditioning in this my twentieth Major League season.”
Not only does Jamie make a difference on the field but he’s making one off the field too with his Moyer Foundation’s programs for children in need.
