TRX Suspended Row and Press

The Suspended Row and Press is an incredibly intense progression from the Suspended Side Plank. If you have already mastered the Suspended Side Plank from your hand and are ready for a serious challenge, give this advanced exercise a try.

The movement requires tremendous core stabilization and control to perform with good technique, along with a high level of upper body strength and coordination. Have fun with this, one of the ultimate strength exercises on the TRX.
