I really like this concept. It's hard to decide what feature of the TRX I like most... Portability, adaptability or simply its functionality. It's great how the exact same group of exercises on three different days can provide three different workouts by simply changing foot position.
This is EXACTLY why I love using the TRX both personally and with clients - they can use it as beginners and there is ALWAYS a way to increase the difficulty of an exercise so as their strength and exercise competency improves, there is an easy solution for progressively making gains in fitness.

JUNGLEJIM - everyone else can see the video, if you just have black blank screen it sounds like you need to update your flashplayer. Go to adobe and download the free flashplayer, that should take care of it. Might also want to try using Firefox, Google Chrome, or update your Internet Explore to the latest (8).
I started using dropsets/pyrmids in the gym...now i'm going to have to try a few on the TRX... man, TRX = awesome
