Jennifer Lopez Trains on the TRX

Of course we were excited to learn on People.com Jennifer Lopez's on the go training trick....the TRX!  Lopez's trainer, Gunnar Peterson said the singer-actress has "done push-ups on them, rows, hamstrings – there's not a body part that you can't hit using it...It allows you to work with your body weight depending on the angle and how much you pull on it."   Here's the spotlight:
