Take the TRX 40/40 Challenge!

We have partnered with Todd Durkin of Fitness Quest 10 and Sean Croxton of Underground Wellness to bring you the TRX 40/40 Challenge!  This challenge requires 40 Atomic Push Ups and 40 Low Rows.  10/10 is good, 20/20 puts you into the 25% bracket, 30/30 is a strong athlete, but 40/40 pushes you into the top 5%.

I'm definitely doing this challenge. Did 30 this morning after a 1 mile sprint and it was a challenge. I'll post the video as soon as possible. Happy Challenge folks and speak to all soon.

Definitely going to take up this challenge. Training my friend for his wedding and going to use it as a barometer for his success as well. Looking forward to it...let's see what the front row can do!!! Going to try it tomorrow will see about the video soon after.

This is a great push!! Woke up this morning READY!  After a great rest day, I made three attempts at the 40/40.

Best to date 32 atomic push ups, and 35 low rows... not done yet, though!! Next Sunday IS the day!!

It is all mind over matter!!

June 11 did a full TRX workout on the beach in sunny vancouver bc. I am almost there.  Completed 35/35 back in the gym.  The challenge is out there for all you 50+ gals and guys.
