Fitness Anywhere Takes on TRX 40/40 Challenge

Since it was the TRX 40/40 Challenge, we at FA stepped up and strapped up to see how we all did! Here's our video!

While no one made it all the way to 40/40... we did get very close.  Top person did 65/35 (which if he had stopped at 40 Atomic Push-Ups he probably would have killed the 40/40 :) )

Don't think that just because the month is over, the challenge is over.  If you didn't hit 40/40 now is not the time to quit.  Keep going!  We want to see that video!  If you need a little help building up to the 40/40, besure to stop by the 40/40 workout to get on the fast track.

Randy got 43/34... His goal is to hit 50/50 by end of July!  We'll try and get it on video and post it in the forum.

Well I've done this a few times over the course of the month.

The first time I pulled 35/33.

Then last week in Zurich I did a disappointing 30/30 completely jet lagged.

Today after pushing my son in his chariot and winning our category in the Canada Day 8k race I rallied and was able to join the club at 40/41!

Thanks for the call out... I appreciated the extra motivation.
