That looks evil.  Looking forward to trying.  I'm wondering, though, if there is any way to do this exercise using the door anchor?  It does not appear to be possible to saw back past the anchor (plumb) point, unless you are using an overhead attachment.

Advice?

You can do it  with the door anchor, it's just even more difficult i assume because you have to move much more forward.

This exercise is also in the TRX Force program, i have done all those exercises with a door anchor.

Ah.  Makes sense.  So, you're starting forward from vertical, and sawing back to vertical.  That would indeed be more difficult.  That is not a bad thing, at all.  Always looking for more extreme challenges.  I do the pikes all the time, and they are killer, just by themselves.

Just tried it with the door anchor.  It is indeed possible, and deliciously difficult.  I'm always looking for new ways to blast my core, and this is one of the very best I've found.
