Our TRX 40/40 Challenge brought out the bold, the cocky, the strong and the scrappy. By the end of the three day NSCA expo we met a lot of amazing people and gave away 15 TRX’s! We didn’t give them away easily; winners had to complete 40 Atomic Pushups, and 40 Low Rows with only a minute rest in between sets. We knew this conference would bring out a number of premier athletes and we were not disappointed.
