TRX ROCKED IDEA! A big thank you to all who stopped by, attended our sessions and showed us love at the 2009 IDEA World Fitness Conference in Anaheim California. Over 1000 people from around the world experienced the TRX and participated in early morning workouts, conference workshops and/or mid-day sessions. We owe a thanks to Multitrax for not showing up as we were able to take over their booth space with our S-Frame enabling over 50 trainers to work out together.
Thanks to our master trainers, Fraser Quelch, Jonathan Ross, Leigh Crews and Bill Sonnemaker who led our successful conference workshops with over 120 people per session in attendance. If you attended one of the sessions and signed up for the notes, you will receive a follow up email with details.
After the morning sessions, the booth continued to buzz with TRX Body Blast, Circuit Training and Flexibility sessions all day long thanks to Dan, Kim and Ann.
