People are coming from all over the world to participate in 5 days of fitness, education and just good old fashion fun. Fitness Anywhere is right there with them providing a little of all three. This morning, Fraser Quelch and Jonathan Ross had over 100 attendees at their TRX Circuits for Metabolic Training. The booth has been very busy with people stopping by and taking on the 40/40 challenge (we'll have more photos and videos at the end of the event). It has been so busy that we hardly have time to breath. We're getting a workout keeping everything going.

If this first day is any indication of what's to come, will be an exciting weekend.

40/40 Champions @ NSCA

Our TRX 40/40 Challenge brought out the bold, the cocky, the strong and the scrappy. By the end of the three day NSCA expo we met a lot of amazing people and gave away 15 TRX’s! We didn’t give them away easily; winners had to complete 40 Atomic Pushups, and 40 Low Rows with only a minute rest in between sets. We knew this conference would bring out a number of premier athletes and we were not disappointed.

The FREE TRX booth drawing lucky winner is: Alexi Pumarejo from Cirque du Soleil. Congratulations!

With all the clamor to know how Randy and Fraser did on the 40/40 I thought it would be fun to show folks how one of the behind-the-scenes folks at Fitness Anywhere handled it. My name’s Charlie Robb. I work in operations and finance at the company. I was the civilian test monkey for the military fitness guide, back when it was being developed, so I’m used to getting put through the ringer on the TRX. I put up some pretty good numbers this time, but am looking for a 30 % bump next month.

Rumor is, there's some interest from the TRX Community members
regarding my first go at the TRX 40/40 Challenge. While I wish I had
more stellar results to report, my first outing brought 43/34--a score
that was ok but not super satisfying to me. (At least the video shows
that I held decent form!) The test told me that I've been spending more
time working than working-out lately, an imbalance that I aim to fix
this month. My new goal is to join the 50/50 Club come August. Wish
me luck! Thanks for all your support and enthusiasm for TRX Suspension
Training.

Best, Randy
