He led his team in wins this season, his 22nd in Major Leagues. He credits his year-round workout regimen that includes TRX Suspension Training as a key reason for his incredible durability.

“As one of the oldest players in Major League Baseball I find the TRX to be a good addition to my workouts. It helps with my strength and flexibility. It's a workout I can do with my teenage boys and we can see each other getting better each time. I will definitely use the TRX as part of my conditioning in this my twentieth Major League season.”

Not only does Jamie make a difference on the field but he’s making one off the field too with his Moyer Foundation’s programs for children in need.

Basketball 'Off Court' Training

Get a head start on the basketball season with this 'Off Court' workout that will help build strength, power and agility.

Strength training in basketball is critical for building anaerobic fitness and maximum strength and power. The workout below develops single-leg strength and balance, which will improve performance, both on and off the court.

Complete 2-4 rounds of the following TRX exercises.

One of Fitness Anywhere's core missions is to keep soldiers fit - for
combat and for life, on deployment and after they return from service.
The Fitness Anywhere Wounded Warrior Fund provides equipment, training
and encouragement to injured soldiers. Five dollars from the purchase
of every TRX FORCE Kit sold through FitnessAnywhere.com goes to support
this effort.

As a Wounded Warrior and an above the knee amputee, this individual soldier utilizes the TRX to strengthen his core allowing him more stability during Activities of Daily Living (ADL), whether walking, lifting, bending, twisting, turning, etc.
