&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Face away from anchor point&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hold handles with a &amp;ldquo;palms in&amp;rdquo; grip, elbows bent at sides.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Position TRX either underneath or outside arms.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Step forward with left leg. Lean into TRX at approximately a 45-degree angle.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Movement Description
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Drive off front leg and bring rear knee forward.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hop&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Perform for 30 reps.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Repeat on other side.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Hold single handle with right hand&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Twist away from anchor point and extend left arm outward, following line of TRX.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Pull body towards anchor point with right arm, using a rowing motion.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;At same time, bring left arm as high as possible along TRX by twisting body.&amp;nbsp; Return to start position.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Perform for 20 reps.&lt;/li&gt;

Here&amp;#39;s our video!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;While no one made it all the way to 40/40... we did get very close.&amp;nbsp; Top person did 65/35 (which if he had stopped at 40 Atomic Push-Ups he probably would have killed the 40/40 :) )&lt;/p&gt;

Of course you still have to be able to do an Atomic Push Up in order to qualify for the 40/40, but this should get you on your way! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
