I look forward to bringing you challenging and effective exercise programs to help you meet your fitness goals. So why should you listen to what I have to say? Besides being a TRX addict myself, I have been coaching, training and teaching sports and fitness for over 25 years to pro athletes, military, recreational athletes, kids, elderly and everyone in-between. As a former Instructor in the University of New Mexico Exercise Sports Science Department, I learn from my students as much as they learn from me. So see what I have to say, disagree, agree, argue, complain, complement...I welcome it all. Bring it!

Fraser and Chris discuss how the Military Fitness Guide does take elements of a traditional approach in the program design, yet is more functional and challenging by using the TRX.
