In my little world,TRX has improved my running, no doubt,&amp;amp; i'm hanging to do a marathon (with a little more running prep!) to see if TRX can help me best in that event too.So a big thanks to FA.&lt;/p&gt;

I drank ton's of water and then in college my room mate had a water ionizer and it changed how I looked at water.
