But what does it look like in practice? To answer this question, Belin gives us a glimpse at two workouts

re: The TRX in Action at Bootcamp

That is awesome stuff Anne!

I have been using the TRX in my indoor/outdoor fitness boot camps for about a year and my clients love it. I run each boot camp in sessions of 4 weeks and the first week consists of basic TRX movements. I thoroughly demonstrate each movement and then let each one of the boot campers try the movements before we begin circuit training. When we begin the circuit I stand by the three TRX that we use and help them with form. (the other components of the workout consist of movements they are familiar with and need less attention on coaching form).

Here is a sample boot camp circuit I use with the TRX:

(1 minute at each station and 30 seconds transition time)

1. Split Squat Plyometric Lunges

2. Spider Push Up

3. TRX Hammy Curl

4. TRX Chest Press

5. TRX Sprinters Start

6. Pull Ups

7. Med ball Abs

8. Sprint 100 meters

9. One Sun Salutation

10. Plank
