Woke up this morning READY! &amp;nbsp;After a great rest day, I made three attempts at the 40/40.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt; Best to date 32 atomic push ups, and 35 low rows... not done yet, though!! Next Sunday IS the day!! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is all mind over matter!! &lt;/p&gt;
