
This week you have to perform ten more reps on the TRX Elevated Back Row but you also get another minute to do it. The TRX Suspended Pendulum has more reps so make sure you keep that good form going: as your legs swing from side to side, keep your legs in line with your hips. Though this movement is dynamic and powerful, and you'll want to swing forcefully, keep your swing smooth and controlled, otherwise you'll lose the benefits of core activation.
