Here's a modified 'Filthy 50'
9 exercises, 50 reps each, complete the entire circuit once for time:
Chest Press - TRX
T-Row - TRX
Sumo DeadLift High Pull (dumbbell, bar, or kettlebell)
Plank Crunches - TRX
Back Extension - TRX
Suspended lunges right leg - TRX
Medicine ball clean
Suspended lunges left leg - TRX
Low Row - TRX
Finish time in 29 minutes and I was nauseous...
