So here is day 1 results. I did all of the exercises on the beginner level approx. 30 sec.
24 reps Standing Back Extension
15 reps - Kneeling roll out
20 reps - Leg raise
13L reps - suspended oblique crunch on elbows
15R reps- Suspended oblique crunch on elbows
15 sec. Suspended side plank - Hand on hip
7 - Reaching V-Sit
Hopefully I can improve quickly so I can do the side plank with floor taps and the oblique crunch from the hands.
I think I am doing the suspended oblique crunches right but this exercise really bothers my hip joints. Alot of popping and clunking sounds. I might have to modify. Has anyone else had this problem?
