Doug: They are definately better than cheap ropes, they let you go a lot faster, and unlike my cheap rope I was using to start the handles don't eat into the rope. Though if you keep posting you might win one of Buddy's ropes here. 
Today I did jumprope to warm up, I'm still too slow, I'm not sure why though.
I did core A but for form rather than speed, I did one or 2 more reps for the exercises than I did last saturday. My hamstrings seem so loose compared to when I started this.
