    Thursday - took the day off to do "last minute" studying.  Wrote my fitness instructors exam today.  Back to the workout in the morning...  Tracy

    Total Score                                            147 (If I'd counted the Side Planks with taps infront as halfs the original score would be 128.5, so +18.5)

    I don't know why my Oblique crunhes weren't as much as last week. Still not got a 6-pack, but I'm going to start a fat loss diet and cardio program this week, so maybe I will have one before too long.

    Hi All

    Workout done yesterday, but no post update.

    Today was

    Standing back = 22

    Kneeling roll= 17

    Leg raise= 17

    Suspended Obligue = 14/14

    Suspended Side Plank = 10/10

    Reaching V sit= 12                Grand total on Feb 28= 116

    Can't believe the month is over, but workouts obviously won't be!

    Last Feb workout

    My long run day- 15.1 miles at a clip to keep my attention. Had to work to keep goal pace. Doug

    What's the next month challenge? I admit it does keep me working harder.
