I haven't really been working hard the last couple weeks. I did some traveling for my reserve unit (twice), took some pain days, I had several days that were just light work on my shoulders (rehab work), a couple were devoted to just rowing sprints (modified from the Team Quest Aerodyne Workout). I basically hadn't done anything core centric (I'd do some Front Planks, and Single & Regular Hip Bridges occasionally) in about two weeks, but being Feb 28, I broke down and did the workout for the third time this month, the results were surprising. I did a a very light warmup for this last workout (I used a light 38lb Kettlebell for two High Pulls and four Swings).
TRX Standing Back Extension 25 (up 5 from last, up 5 from first)
TRX Kneeling
Roll-Out 28 (down 2 from last, down 2 from first)
TRX Leg Raise 30 (down 1 from last time, up 6 from first)
TRX Suspended Oblique Crunch L 13 (up 8 from last time, up 1 from first)
TRX Suspended Oblique Crunch R 11 (up 1 from last time, down 1 from first)
TRX Suspended Side Plank (w/ floor taps) L 12 (down 3 from last time, up 9 from first)
TRX Suspended Side Plank (w/ floor taps) R 6 (up 3 from last time, up 4 from first)
TRX Reaching V-Sit 25 (up 9 from last time, up 18 from first)
Total 162 (up 20 from last time, up 40 from first).
I only plot world domination because the cat in my lap tells me to.
