    February Challenge

    Still going strong - forgot to post my confirmation yesterday but, yes, I did do the workout.  Also today and all is going well.  Find the plank ok, but still difficult to do the touch under also.  That's my goal by month end!   Enjoy the weekend.  Tracy

    Tracy: What you can do to build up for the taps is first tap right in front of you. Then once you are master at that reach and tap just under your side. And then start reaching further behind, with a little pike like in the video.

    This way you don't have to engage as much core rotation straight away; allowing you to build up core strength and stability; and also practise the arm movements.

    Thanks very much - your suggestion is helping.  It is sure better doing the progression and keeping proper form while I build up.    Tracy
