    Force dvd

I have been going to a fitness bootcamp since November and finishing at the end of the month. They use the trx for some of their excersizes, I enjoyed them so I bought suspension trainer profesional kit. The all body express dvd is good but after reading the posts about the force kit thinking of buying the dvd. Is it worth the $54usd?

    Re: Force dvd

You not only get the DVD but the indepth booklet with a detailed 12 week TRX program and a running program as well.

If you like like a set program to motivate you then this is definately for you.

There is a wide range of DVDs so there might be others you would find suit you better.

Is it worth $54? Definately, or maybe not. It really depends on what you are looking for.

     Thanks,

Although the all body exress is a good program I am looking for somthing more thorough and intense. Sounds like the force kit is the way to go Except maybe the running, I'll stick to riding my Mountain bike as I am in a 67km race in june.

It also comes with a door anchor. That costs $24.95 seperately.

    Re: Force dvd

There are some great DVDs out there (the TRX: Performance series are really good), but IMHO the Force DVD is the most comprehensive program.  As was already mentioned, you get the 12 week plan which helps take the guess work out of the progression aspect.  The program is challenging and fun, and you'll have a much better understanding of how to use the TRX for your specific goals by the end of it.  $54 sounds steep for a DVD but it's really a three month workout plan not just a "watch-it-once-and-ditch-it" video; you'll spend more than that in most places for an hour lesson.  I say go for it, I'm glad I did.

    Re: Force dvd

I received my Force TRX bundle yesterday and was a little unsure of the price to value ratio since I've never seen or used a TRX system before.  Today I had time to view the Force DVD and the workout guide, as well as get in a trial workout.  I think your money will be well spent on the DVD if you are looking for a complete workout program guide.  I can't wait to get started and shed the blub.
