What would I do for my own 'gym in a bag'?

I would conquer my sleep/time issues with the 'gym in a bag' option. I'm 53, 100 pounds overweight, 5'3" (12 hour)night shift RN riding buses to work having survived cancer x6 yrs and 2 failed marriages + depression.  I want to live long enough to see future grandchildren. Please.

Hi, I was going through the boards here, trying to get posts organized better, and I came across this. Sorry no one had an opportunity to reply to this. Hope we can all help encourage and get you motivated to make a change. Smile

The TRX would benefit you very much. Do you currently own a TRX, or are you seeking to acquire one?

Fitness can really help you feel better, both physically and mentally. That is awesome you have survived cancer. I've lost a grandfather to cancer, and it's never a good thing.

It sounds like life has been somewhat of a rollercoaster through the years for you. But it's never too late to turn that around, and make life exciting, energetic, and fun. Wink
