I am 37 yrs old and have 4 children. I am hypothryoid and have struggled for years to lose weight. I have been with weight watchers, First place, done food journals, excercised and still struggle to lose the weight. I have developed hight blood pressure and have knee problems and struggle with occasional budlging discs in my back. After seeing this, I believe this would be a low impact excercise equipment that I could use to strengthen my muscles in my back and lose the middle bulge that I have. I weigh the same as I did when I delivered my first son nearly 16 years ago. While pregnant with my other children, I would lose 30 lbs only to have it come back. My body does the opposite-- lose weight in pregnancy and gain after. I have zero metabolism and am tired of struggling. I also think this would be a fun way of excercising for my whole family. This is something I can do with my children and they can stay healthy as well.
