    Pre-OP TRX

OK folks... headed into get my second shoulder worked on within 18 months.  My physical therapist does not want me to strain the shoulder that is hurt (I am doing pre-op PT).  So that I don't turn into Jabba the Hut while I am out of commission, what core exercises can I do so as not to aggrevate the rotator cuff?

    TIA

Anything with you on your back should generally be fine. The Leg Raise (regular and Oblique), the V-Sit, Supine Bicycle, and the Reverse (Stick) Crunch are all shown in the video section.

You can do a lot of the exercises with just one arm - make the adjustment for single handle workouts.  The exercises that are arms are basically for support - balance lunge, squats, etc.
