    Which Program is better?

I exercise for fitness and am not a serious athelete. I purchased the TRX home bundle approximately 10 months ago (it contains 20 min workout and the Core DVD). This routine is getting a little boring; I want to expand. For those of you out there that tried the TRX: Force DVD and TRX: train like the Pros DVD which do you think is better? OR should I wait for he Ropes and Straps DVD? I like the TRX FORce structured program, but I don't think I can use the running program (I live in a bad neighborhood.)

    Re: Which Program is better?

Better really depends on what you want to do. The best product for me might be worst for you, it's all about meeting your needs and wants, not mine or anyone else's.

The Force DVD is a balanced full body workout split over 2 days. Train like the pros is a full body workout but biased towards the upper body; it's companion DVD, Team Sports, is lower body biased.

You do not have to do running for the running program. You can use any alternate cardio exercises that you wish, such as jump rope.
If you do want to do jumprope make sure you have a room where you can stand with 2 feet clear space above your head and 5 feet clear infront and behind you. You will also need at least your arm span either side (the space I have), thought 3 feet beyond the distance of each extended arm is optimum. If none of your ceilings are that high you won't want to wait for the Rope and Straps DVD (since I asume you don't want to be jumping outside).

If you want a highly structured program the Force DVD is for you; if you prefer to be in complete control Train Like the Pros, and possibly Team Sports, would be best for you.
