    TRX Spring Fever Challenge - Overview

    Need a little extra push to take your fitness up a notch? Take the month of April to see how much you can improve at one of the best all around exercises on the TRX...the Suspended Burpee. You could win some cool TRX gear.

    To enter the TRX Spring Fever Challenge:

    Step 1: Watch Fraser's demo video and take the 30-second TRX Suspended Burpee Test.
    Step 2: Post your starting number today in the "Your Results" thread
    Step 3: Improve your score as much as possible by following the Spring Fever Challenge-Prep Workout. 
    Step 4: By April 30th post a video of your best round in the same "Your Result" thread

    Have fun, train hard and see if you can beat Fraser's 13 Suspended Burpees in 30 seconds. I

    Rules & Conditions:
    1. The contest will begin April 1st 2009, and will run through April 30th 2009. You can begin the contest at anytime during the month of April.
    2. You must post a video of your Suspended Burpee in the forum by April 30th 2009.
    3. The winner will be chosen and contacted via email by May 15th 2009.
    4. The Spring Fever Challenge: Suspended Burpee is open to anyone that will accept the challenge.


    The Prizes:

    1. Top overall performers will receive a TRX Gear Kit – includes the NEW TRX T-Shirt, Hat, Water bottle and the TRX Program of their choice.
    • 1 - Top Male
    • 1 - Top Female

    2. Age Group Winners will receive the New TRX T-Shirt and a TRX Program of their choice

    • Age Groups: Top Male and Female in the following age brackets:
      • 18 and under
      • 19 – 29
      • 30 – 39
      • 40 – 49
      • 50 – 59
      • 60 +

    3. To be fair, anyone that matches or beats Fraser’s 13 Suspended Burpee’s will receive a New TRX T-Shirt.
