This looks killer! Quick question re: the offset oblique crunch. IDid you perform the workout executing: 20 offset oblique crunches each side? Or did you do alternating offset oblique crunches - 10 R/L (making 20 total)?

I've been adding this on to the end of my workouts for some extra abs for the past few weeks and I love it! Haven't made it through without dropping to my knees yet, though Great workout!
Me, as well! I like to end all my WOs with some type of core exercise. It has helped with my lower back pain.
