    Core Workout Challenge!

    One of my favorite core workouts is the following: 20 Body saw(on hands if you can) 20 Pike w/ hands on an upside down bosu ball 20 Offset oblique crunch 20 pendulum 20 Abducted atomic crunch 20 Body saw(on hands) *Try to do all of this without dropping to your knees! Go through 3-5 cycles of this for an awesome core workout. Let me know how it feels!

    Hi Mike,

    This looks killer! Quick question re: the offset oblique crunch. IDid you perform the workout executing: 20 offset oblique crunches each side? Or did you do alternating offset oblique crunches - 10 R/L (making 20 total)?

    Can't wait to give this a try!

    Hey sorry i guess i didn't make that clear in the other post. i did 10 each side on the offset oblique, i performed those nice slow and controlled. its an awesome core workout ill post some more in the weeks to come!

    I've been adding this on to the end of my workouts for some extra abs for the past few weeks and I love it!  Haven't made it through without dropping to my knees yet, though Smile  Great workout!

    Me, as well!  I like to end all my WOs with some type of core exercise.  It has helped with my lower back pain.
