Pro Agility 4.97 seconds (I guess I should havee done some more plyometrics for speed)
1.5 mile run 11:55 (I managed to knock off 29 seconds, and to top it all off I ran a 5k and was in the top 20 for my age, it was a small turn out, but still pretty good for a guy who normally runs for distance)
Suspended Burpee 12 right leg 11 left leg (almost a 2-fold improvement in both legs)
Atomic Pushup 12 reps (still need to work on my upper body strength, especially my chest)
Male 29 years old (I'm down to 185 lbs which is not to bad since I was a little over 200lbs at the begining of the year, hopefully if I can continue to work out I'll drop another 10lbs or so)
Hope everyone else saw some improvements too!!!
