I LOVE THiS THING!!! I just got it today--i'ts so easy to hook up and provides a harder workout than you think could come from two simple straps with handles on them!  I plan incorporate this workout into my client's (and my own) routines.  It's well worth the cost, very good quality.  Thanks!
