That's awesome! Can't wait to see how you do. :)

I'd still consider myself a noob with the TRX also. My attempt on Monday was 10/25, but tomorrow going to give it another go, and hoping to accomplish 30/30, but to the least 20/20.

Well...... I set up the TRX to my children's monkey bars in my back yard. I pumped out 30 rows and 20 atomic push ups. I am going to challenge a few of my more advanced clients now too! Great simple challenge this time around Frasure. - Heather Street :-0

I got 38 atomic pushups and 30 low rows...and those last few were a struggle. Need to work on those!

41-41! Form doesn't look that bad...agree? disagree? Once I get all the fingers working again I'll shoot for more.

     I'm up for it! :D

Have my video posted on youtube. The video is in the champions thread.

I only averaged 10/25, but I believe a part of it was I was fatigued from hiking 10 miles today before even attempting it. I may try another whack at it tomorrow, when I haven't been fatigued by anything else. Not sure. But, consdering I haven't been working out again for that long, that's pretty good. I've only had my TRX since April, so I think I done good regardless. :)

Well tried again, and made it! 20/20!

    MaxKon:

Ok. I'll need to work mostly on the Atomic pushups. I can do around 30+ low rows already, so it shouldn't be too hard to get to 40.

    What's the top 1%?

So you tried it yet Max? I'm up to 20/20 so far. I'm going to keep doing suspended pushups with and without perfect pushups so I can get up to 40/40.

I just got my TRX last week as a personal gift to myself for my 62nd birthday and this seems like the perfect way to spend a part of the summer.  I am in.
