     Here is my video. Only averaged 10/25, but it's still a good accomplishment. :)

    Here's my attempt: 40 Atomic Pushups and 30 Low Rows. Not to bad with only a minute rest

     Nice! When I reattempt it on Thursday I am going to do regular pushups see if I can get between 30 and 40. They are a lot more challenging using the Perfect Pushups! :P

     

    You got real close though, thats awesome! :D

    This is my first attempt at the 40/40. I shot it with my blackberry so it is in 2 parts, but I used less than the 1 min rest between exercises and I will post better video of my final attempt. I believe I finished around 34/32. Nice work everyone, keep up the good work!!!!

    I need some place to start...working my way up todd better get my paycheck ready 

    This is my first try at the TRX 40/40 Challenge. I made it to the 20/20 Club.

     Stinger, your video didn't post. I think you need to go into HTML mode first and put your embed code in html mode below any <p></p> tags (which is the html paragraph tag), otherwise it interprets it as an html paragraph, and it doesn't show up. Wordpress is the same way.

    Nicely done! I have yet to try this but Mike and I will be for sure attempting this soon! I am quite certain I'll be able to do 40 atomic push ups but the rows... not so sure (especially after doing the push ups). Anyway, we will see.

    Taking on the challenge! My first attempt last night and I'm in the 20/20 club. Working my way to 30/30 by the end of next week.
