    The Perfect Atomic Pushup

Hi Folks, just invented a new revision of the Atomic Pushup today, using both the TRX and the Perfect Pushup.

    Here is the vid:

It's so hard! I really need to work on this.

LOL give it time; your muscles aren't used to moving like that. That's the only reason it's harder than a regular pushup (well, plus your suspended too, so it's a true bodyweight pushup :P).

I'm used to the Perfect Pushup, so it's no problem for me, but it took some time training those muscles, it's no overnight thing, but stick to it, and you'll have it down in no time. :D

    Re: The Perfect Atomic Pushup

I think next week I will record some short vids of the All Body XPress workout, and 1 set of the TRX Metabolic Circuit A, also showcasing the "perfect atomic pushup" in proper form and posture, as somebody on Youtube commented on... :P

Yeah, i found it was the outer edges of my pecs that felt it most, but it's a lot easier than it was.

Oh, yeah.I know just what you mean. I remember starting to use them, thats what hurt the worst initially was my chest area. I think after like 3 weeks or so, they didn't hurt anymore, as they started to get used to it.
