Dehnie:I am a 37 year old mother of four who works full time. Over the years I've put on qite a bit of extra weight--until I was about 50 pounds overweight. About 6 months ago, I began a cardio regime and have lost 35 pounds, but now I need to focus on toning and firming my body. Unfortuntely I spend hours at the gym or outside running, so I would love to be able to get my workouts in at home where I can spend more time with my children. I am committed to losing my last 15 pounds and maintaining a healthier lifestyle, and the TRX (and making my body my machine) would definitely get me there.
Yes, the TRX definitely well get you there. Just be true to yourself, and don't allow distractions and challenges to interfere with your workouts at home. Keep discipline and set a goal and keep to it. Give yourself a timeline when you want to lose that 15 lbs, and then plan a regimen that will accomplish that goal. That will give you something to work towards, and keep yourself accountable.
