    Cosgrove and JB vs FORCE

Ropes and Straps... Boot Camp... Team SPORTS.... FORCE TRAINING... Train like the Pro's... Cosgrove and JB's Metabolism workout?

How do I choose? is their a consensus as to what the goal is of each program? I am a full time Police Officer working Shift Work, Love a regimented program and am aiming to shed about 10lbs of Fat, build lean muscle, eventually developing pure core strength, full body flexibility and sound peace of mind.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

FORCE TRAINING is the way to go for you! Only one with a regimented program. I've been redoing it, i'm on weeks 9&10 i sweat so much afterwards.

You might enjoy adding in the Bootcamp: Ropes and Straps DVD too for some extra fat burn. And maybe the flexability one too.

Though the Cosgrove and JB's Metabolism workout is free, so Stick out tongue

I cannot speak for Ropes and Straps or Boot Camp as I have not seen either.

For Fat Loss- Train like the Pro's, Team Sports and Cosgrove are all excellent for metabiloc conditioning.

You can also check out Cosgrove's blog for some other ideas on creating metabolic work with the TRX. All three are time based training, just typing about them I can feel the sweat starting to pour.

I look at it as having all those options gives you a year or so of training already planned out. The body adapts and needs new stimulus, so if you line them up and work at them for 6-12 weeks each you should be set for a while

Thats awesome, I'm looking now at the FORCE Program, mixing in the JB/AC Metabolic training two days a week, and pushing them both for the 12 weeks of the FORCE program.
