OMG
what an awesome workout this morning.
the 40/40/40 challenge was tougher than I thought, the last 5 on each leg were killer. My butt started to cramp up. I was definately the comic relief in the weight room this morning.
the hip thrusts were pretty easy.
so I was able to do the challenge on my first try. I'm pretty happy about that. Then I went for the 40/40 challenge...pushups were strong, but I'm still having trouble with the rows, haven't made it to 40 yet, but feeling better and stronger each time .
Tomorrow is another day.
