Hello,
I've got the TRX trainer and I love it! I purchased the core workout DVD and was curious if there was a way to determine how many calories I might be burning by completing workout's A and B back to back? I did a search through the forum and could not find any info. If it's not available, how might one measure the amount of calories burned?
