    Warm up for force program

Hello everyone, I have had my TRX for about a week and I was wondering what would a good warmup be for this program, preferably using the TRX?

Right now I am jumping rope and doing some dumbell exercises.

I am having better luck with workout one than workout two, I have had some rotator issues and this workout has shown me that they aren't resolved yet.

    Steve,

I had surgery on my shoulder about a 18 months ago.  Getting a good warm up is crucial for the loosening that shoulder joint.  Workout two is absolutely more demanding on the shoulder.  Here's some of the things I do:

Basic jog warm up and stretch

    Resistance Band Warm:

    Abbuction/Adduction

    Overhead "thrower" rotation

    Reverse adduction

Then I like to follow up with some of the basic warm ups you can do using the TRX, they are on the dvd and they really help get those joints loose.

View this about Drew Bree's Shoulder Workout.I dislocated my shoulder multiple times and had surgery 2 times. I tried this workout 2 times with the exception of the suspended shoulder press (I do swimmer's pull instead) and think it is an awesome set of movements.
