Our country has a major problem that unfortunately is stemming from a very young age. As a youth football coach, I see more children coming into camp out of shape and it is very sad. The TRX is a great way for kids to be safely introduced to a strength and conditioning program. Many of my players have seen me working with the TRX System at the field with my son and have become very interested in what we were doing. If I am selected I would use the TRX with our players to introduce them to basic excercise and show them how to have fun with the system and to show their parents how easy it is to get their children excited to excercise.
