I have P90X but one drawback is that P90X requires either bands or weights (I don't like bands, so I'm using weights in my gym).
However, I'd prefer to have all of the exercises done via TRX.
Is it doable?
Yes, the P90 x program is adaptable to the TRX. Specifically to the rows and pull movements. The addition of the TRX to the push exercises will make the already crazy hard P90x program that much more difficult!
