    Anchoring to ceiling - questions

Anchoring to the ceiling would be the only possibility for me and I have a few questions about that.

    1. Is it correct that the X-Mount is the only way to attach to the ceiling?

    2. Do I have to order the X-Mount separately or is it included in some of the packages? I think I saw somewhere that it was included in a package but now can't find that.

    3. I couldn't find anything about how to actually attach the X-Mount to the ceiling. Are there instructions somewhere?

    4. I'm living in a rental unit. Is the X-Mount removable from the ceiling? If so, with what kind of damage to the ceiling?

    Hi,

Welcome to the community! Big Smile

There are definitely a lot of considerations when looking into the X-Mount. However I think to get the best and most accurate answers to those questions, call Customer Service tomorrow, or whenever you get a chance. Just click on the Contact Us link in the upper right hand corner of this site.

    Thanks,

    Justin

Thanks. It may be a while. I've looked around and determined that in my current living space, I don't have the 6'x8' space required for using the TRX.

Yeah, sometimes that can be a challenge. You can do certain exercises in a smaller radius, but it really limits you.

If you have a chance, take it with you outside to a park, or even take it to a gym and wrap it around a smith machine if you have a gym membership, or take it to work with you if there is somewhere you could workout. That's the beauty of the TRX, it can go anywhere. Wink

Thanks. I don't have one yet; trying to first sort out how I would use it.
