I been using the TRX for the last month at the gym, just to change things up. I liked it so much that I decided to buy my own. Also, picked up the talon trainers.
I was able to bring on a few more people at the gym and we meet every Thursday for a 45 min wo. We are speading the word.
Just wanted to introduce myself and give a little background. I hope to incorporate some of the insight from the forum here into my training.
